Dear Customers,

We would like to inform that on the market has appeared a pyrotechnic product – a sound emitter – marked with our index XP1011, labelled as a crazy robot, category P1, having a series number XP1011017121, a production date 2018, with numbers of our type tests from 2017, with our logo and all the data indicating us as the producer.

The handling instruction placed on this product contains errors.

We inform that our item XP1011 was not introduced by us on the market in 2018.

We also inform that the item produced by us and having the above index is of category P2 (to be used only by the authorized persons, licence turnover).

Selling the aforesaid product to the unauthorized persons as well as not having the product tested according to the Directive EN16263 may pose a threat to life and health of the sellers and the users and is a criminal offence.

We recommend that you check if you do not have this product in your offer.

If the product is found in your offer we recommend disposing of it and notifying the appropriate authorities where it was bought.

We have already informed the Police, Inspectorate of Trade and the Notify Bodies on the matter in question.
